Nextcloud version (21.0.1)
Operating system and version (Centos 8):
Apache or nginx version (Apache 2.4.46)_
PHP version (7.4)

The issue you are facing: Slow Uploading of files on the nextcloud. max 700kbps.
Uploading using the filemanager of directadmin is 5 to 8MBPS

Is this the first time you’ve seen this error? (Y/N): Y

Steps to replicate it:

  1. Uploading a 100MB file on the documents
  2. Uploading a 50MB file on the documents

Do you use antivirus app ?

I’m not sure if there is a antivirus app on my vps
