Admin, can we please delete or hide any threads which contain nothing to do with providing support or answers, like this one?
IMHO, I donât see much, if any, value in these being kept visible, clogging up the search results.
As a new user, I am frantically searching for any information in the forum for solutions to problems (possibly a result of the vague documentation) and I am having to look through dead posts with no responses or even final solutions.
This is quite a large red-flag to potential community members who are hoping to find clear, concise and consistent information and get on with using the new solution.
There are loads of potentially world-changing solutions out there which are all severely hampered by the lack of accessible knowledge to potential adopters and testers.
This thing (help.nextcloud.com) sends me mails I do not want. It does not make it easy/obvious to stop all of them. So consequently I wanted to outright delete my account. That functionality cannot be discovered either.
As we donât collect any personal data about you weâre good by anonymizing your account. after having done that it canât be connected back to you in any way anymore.
