Second RC of Nextcloud 27

The second RC of Nextcloud 27 is now available on our download server!

As always, help with testing is very much welcome!
If you notice anything out of order, please report back on the appropriate github repository!

This time, to unblock the update from Beta 1 or Beta 2, you will notice you have to remove two files from your Nextcloud root directory:

rm custom.d.ts cypress.d.ts

Is there a possibility that the Photos App ignores sqaure and non-square setting and only shows square Thumbnails?
