Office with build in CODE stop working in NC31

Since the update to NC31, my NextCloud Office with build in CORE no longer works.
Everything still worked before the update.
Now I get the eternal loading display.

Everything is green in the settings.

I have also installed a completely new NextCloud instance as a test, but it doesn’t work there either.

Is this a bug in NC31?

Steps to replicate it (hint: details matter!):

  1. Click on a office document
  2. get the eternal loading display

thanks for the information, that helps :+1:

now you’re not using the snap, but the configuration should be similar…

this doesn’t look right… try https://cloud.yourdomain.de

even if you’re not using the snap, this may help… see Configure CODE and Nextcloud office for Nextcloud snap · nextcloud-snap/nextcloud-snap Wiki · GitHub

I have I like this https://cloud.yourdomain.de
That’s just how the console outputs and I copied it exactly like that.
I’ll take a look at your link and let you know if it helped

please review the Collabora integration guide there many hints for collabora-built-in as well

I have already read the guide several times - unfortunately there is nothing in it that would help.

The instructions in the link didn’t help.

I just don’t understand why it worked up to version 31 and then just stopped working.

Two things look odd to me in your posted bits:

  • The CODE edition details should be shown in the green box (in a line that is completely missing in your environment for some reason immediately after the “Collabora Online server is reachable” line)
  • The “URL used by the browser” should have /proxy.php in it for the Built-in CODE

Can you try just selecting “Use your own server” then re-selecting “Use the built-in CODE”? That should trigger the discovery again.

Unfortunately it didn’t help, but everything looks fine when I query it in the browser.
