NextCloudPi GUI suddenly looks a mess

Greetings,
I updated the NextcloudPi version to the latest 25.0.9.2 (Panel v.1.51.6) and after a few days the GUI was completely corrupt (see attached screenshots).
I saw another topic similar to the following link where it was solved with the “clear-op-cache” command from the control panel but unfortunately in my case it didn’t work.

I hadn’t changed anything but from one day to the next all desktop web pages (e.g. https://nextcloudpi/index.php/apps/dashboard/ https://nextcloudpi/index.php/apps/maps/) seem to lose most graphics and formatting [activity] [maps] except for the NextCloudPi panel (https://nextcloudpi:4443/) [panel] I cleared the browser cache, rebooted my Pi, tried a different browser - no change. On a mobile browser it looked okay, not that it ever looked quite right but it now looks better than deskto…

I also performed a system reboot and cleared the browser cache but the problem remains.
Any other ideas to solve the problem?

To get all the essential logs open a terminal inside your container and run ncp-report.
Or from terminal run:

sudo docker exec -it nextcloudpi ncp-report

Output will be too long to post, can use pastebin or similar service or a text file.

Did you try doing this from the ncp webui on port 4443?

Did you define a trusted domain? I see the same error again and again. Try using your domain instead of the IP.

Page rendering is completely broken

Following steps seem to resolve the issue: sudo -u www-data php occ maintenance:mode --on sudo redis-cli -s /var/run/redis/redis.sock flushall (OK was response) exit sudo -u www-data php occ maintenance:mode --off sudo -u www-data php occ files:scan --all

I had to restore the container image to fix the problem… there was nothing else to do! …
