E2E seems to be incomplete so far… Lot of people try to use it but stop using it as it lacks functionality, usability and administrative support - e.g. reset/reinit mnemonic…

Please considering designing mnemonics so that will only be shown that singular time, and will disappear forever once you select _Enable encryption_.
I appreciate the wording you have on 3.0.1, but it is not secure enough. Thanks for considering.
To protect your Cryptographic Identity, we encrypt it with a mnemonic of 12 dictionary words. You must record and never lose these 12 words. These will never be shown again once enabled and are required in case you ever lose access to your data or wish to add other devices to your account (like your mobile phone or laptop). Have you recorded these words? Record them carefully then Enable encryption.

End to End Encryption appears to be in an alpha state at the moment.
It appea… rs that updates since 2020 have been largely version bumps to allow installation on newer NC versions (up to v22) but have not resolved issues with the functionality/stability.
It would be good to get an update from devs on the plans for this app, even if the status is "abandoned".
Moving forward, if we can identify the main needs to make it functional (i.e. alpha -> beta needs), then a fork may be warranted to get this working.

at the moment I don’t see huge advantage of this app over external solutions like Cryptomator (even recommended by NC team in the past)…
