Apache or nginx version : 2.4.25
PHP version : 8.3
Server: HP Microserver Gen10
Nexcloud native installation (no snap , no vm …)
After server installed it never used more than 2GB RAM of 32 on board (100k+ photos an video)
CPU consumption always 100% for both
Need recommendations - what I need to change to increase the RAM consumption?

Your post is missing important information.
What php? apache2-module or fpm?
What database? MySQL or PostgreSQL?
Did you search the forum?
