I have a simple question:
I host a nextcloud on my own server and would like to show all users of my cloud a dialog window when they log in the next time with some informations about maintenance brakes etc.
Is there a simple way to do this?

A somewhat more complex and non-standard variant is to use the First Run Wizard to display an individual popup window when they log in the next time
This requires 2 steps:

Customize the popup with your own text as deiscribed in
Modify First run wizard to show customized Welcome/ general terms and conditions -
Adjust the database as described in
