File transfert and loopback problems

hello,

i’ve solve installing AIO on my Pi3b+, and end configure wan access

but i have somes news problems :

  • i try to sent just a picture from my phone (connect by data to internet) to my nextcloudpi and the tranfert don’t realy start
  • on the computer, i have drop a file in the folder and the transfert are ok
  • when i connect my phone to my lan by wifi, i can’t connect to my cloud
  • i have folow my internet provider to active the loopback but that stil don’t work
  • i don’t have find how to set in the app how to make a switching méthode for lan/wan

i have make somes research on the forum but i don’t find the answer i need

could you help me

ps i’m french so as possible use the more simple words you can

linux base systems are not easy for me i don’t undertand all, in your links i dont see information who help me,

exept potentaly the Pi hole but dit it need an other Pi ?

hello all,

when i’m connected with my phone to the same rooter than my pi, i cant access to my nextcloud, so i must turn off my wifi on my phone to be connected to the data to access to it,

somes times he don’t want to receve files

i don’t find goods answer about the loopback with my internet provider

i don’t have find how to set in the app how to make a switching méthode for lan/wan

could you help me ?
