well done! :+1:
can you post your app list occ app:list

I would like to. But as I have only a web based console input (Hetzner Nextcloud-Hosting) I can’t do it right now as I get the note, that there is currently already one OCC command running (did a occ memories:index -f hours ago)

I will post the list as soon as I’m able to use the console again.

last post makes me think you installed a built-in code which often doesn’t work in hosting environment and is also hard to troubleshoot as well. I would recommend not to avoid it. Hetzner offers managed Nextcloud (I think with integrated office as well)

Yes, it’s managed Nextcloud. But you don’t have a shell on the server, just kind of console in the backend of Hetzner customer interface.
No, they don’t offer Nextcloud-Office integration.
I attached a screenshot where can you see the “OCC Console”

 then likely this is the reason..

Office editing requires many resources.. but please get in touch with Hetzner support - like with any other hosted problem this is the first place to ask

I mean, my office installation is working in general. I can work on odt and ods files without any flaws. It’s only the Microsoft formats that I can’t open.

Thought this here would be the right place for such problems. Seems like I was wrong, never mind. Good day.

technically there is no difference if you open .odt or .docx file. It could be an issue with the file - try with simple file - if this doesn’t work as well reach out to Hetzner support.
