Customize standard mail notifications

Can I customize the standard mails that is send when, I add a new account, or any mail notifications?

Can't find access to email-templates under nc 12.0.1

maybe i’m just too blond but i can’t find where to access (and change) email-templates with NC 12.0.1 GUI anymore. as described in https://docs.nextcloud.com/server/12/admin_manual/configuration_server/email_configuration.html#using-email-templates.

Support NC12
