We have launched new instance and installed latest version of Nextcloud, no we are trying to restore the backup from nextcloud 10 to the new one and we are getting errors.
Exception: Creation of bucket failed. Error executing “CreateBucket” on AWS HTTP error: Client error: PUT resulted in a 403 Forbidden` response: <?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?> AccessDeniedAccess Denied4DD137 (truncated…) AccessDenied (client): Access Denied - <?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?> AccessDeniedAccess Denied.
Buckets are already present in S3 , we need to re-use the same from new instance.

In general skipping major versions is not supported by Nextcloud as described here.
