How, precisely, are you deploying the update?
That migration step doesn’t exist in v26. It wasn’t added until v28 so it’s unclear how you’d even have it.
This is why filling out the entire support template is helpful. It asks for reproduction steps to avoid back and forth requests for clarifications / additional information. .
