Upgrade problem with Nextcloud docker compose setup with Caddy (2024)

Great tutorial!
However, changing NEXTCLOUD_VERSION=29.0.8-fpm to 30.0.05-fpm gives me a Error code: 502 Bad Gateway
Reverting to 29.0.16 restores my nextcloud

Things go south once yone start using a Nextcloud version above 29.
(so 30.0-fpm does not work, neither 31.0.5-fpm but 29.0.16 does) (https://hub.docker.com/_/nextcloud)
What is the proper way to upgrade to Nextcloud Hub 10 ?

I have read this but somehow this fails.
Changing the .env from this tutorial leads to another docker image being downloaded and subsequently the error if the NEXTCLOUD_VERSION exceeds 29.
