Without knowing your network topology or any other context itās impossible to do more than guess.
Presumably a DNS, routing, or firewall matter. 
Check your web browser inspector, particularly the Network tab (instructions are in the support template) to see what transactions are failing. You can probably reverse engineer from thereā¦
