Trouble logging in

Hello,
i ran into a problem.

on chrome, I’m logged in to my backend, I can click open adress book, calendar, etc.

When i want to change something, like updating an app. my password is wrong. when I’m trying a different browser, i get this error:

Since my Nextcloud runs on a shared hosting from one.com, is there a way to reset the password inside the database?
