yesterday Iāve created an account on tab.digital.
the confirmation link has not been delivered (also not in junk).
today my account has been disabled.
does anyone here know how to contact tab.digital directly? i just want to enable the account.
Happened to me too, wasted time to check the mail and in the spam, nothing, I start experimenting and then when I noticed the mail the account the account was already deactivated.
One year later, the same story.
If you try to get out of Google services you just get those frustrating experiences..
Tab.Digital is a "Sign upā-partner. They therefore probably use the following app:
The app handles signup and automatically deactivates users if they have not confirmed their email address after a few hours. That is the most likely explanation for why your account was deactivated.
Yesterday evening I got an account working at vera.es.tab.digital and there was no mail, this morning i woke up and Iāve found the mail and the account was already disabled!
Now I got the another verification code but this time the account is working in kai.nl.tab.digital with different stuff inside,
But yesterday I put all the device to sync with the one in vera.es..
donāt you think that this is frustrating? It is not what a normal user expect, waste days to get something that using Google service you get in one minute without worrying about.
Do you really want users try your product or not?
99% users will try the free service providers before deciding to pay and those frustrating experience will just make run away from your product..

I understand your frustration, but this forum is often the wrong place for such matters, as it is a place where users help other users (a community place).
I understand, I am opening ticket to tab.next and explaining to them my frustration too.
My posts here are not request for help, but a feedback, following the link on you home page where you request to give feedback.
You are not tab.digital, but maybe that the plug-in they uses is yours and you have control on how it works.
I think nobody wants users that thinks to move to this product gets frustrating experiences.
notice that the mails for verification comes from a sender named āNextCloudā with a code and a link, or just telling the account is deactivated but without telling which specific one, which server? vera.es or kai.nl? And if I tried also on thegood.cloud the mails are too similar it is difficult to not confuse them.
Iāve got one of them with link to ālocalhostā and this is of course an error that confuse the user more.
You donāt work on tab but maybe you can fix the plugin they use to send less confusing emails..
Try to wear the shoes of a new inexperienced user and try yourself, you will find something wrong and fix before someone else gets in trouble, but I got in trouble and I find other users one years ago that already had the difficulties and di give their feedback, for nothing, because these things happened to me one year later..
well maybe because this is not the right place for suggestions and feedback concerning any provider. I would be really suprised if someone from tab.digital would read the forum for feedback.
The forum (and Nextcloud, the company) isnāt involved in how anyone runs their business using Nextcloud, the software.
So itās nice to share your insights and problems you faced using this provider. But, really, we canāt do anything about that. Itās not because we donāt want to itās only because thereās no way for us.
They did found my account on 3 server in 3 different countries, all reactivated and all confirmed and one I had to ask them to overwrite the password because the reset password mail does not arrive.
I could successfully synchronise contacts and calendar with WebDAV in iPhone, and in android with the app DavX5, where I could also sync the jct board and āNextcloud deckā
for the document Iāve found Collabora Office, that works on iPhone and in Android too without Google services, found also in f-droid store..
I could use the notes app.
I could not use the Talk app.
I could share some folder with my user on the other server
For example thegood.cloud let you do it too but with an expiry of only a few days.
Thegood.cloud in the web page has also a music player that tab.digital has not. but tab digital has ādeckā that thegoodcloud has not.
Seems the 2 provides have different frontend or different versions of Nextcloud.
tab.digital and thegood.cloud are indeed different providers who configure their instances differently, may use different versions of Nextcloud, and may host different apps
