I am facing upload and download issue in nextcloud 32.0.2 version in my server the download speed is 70.52 Mbit/s and the upload is 736.64 Mbit/s but i am getting in browser a download speed of 3-4MB speed and upload speed is 2-3MB why this happening.
also i have checked this using another ISP there the server download speed is 193.25 Mbit/s and upload speed is 37.14 Mbit/s but in browser the download speed is 10-13MB and upload speed is 200-300kb/s

You posted a request in the support category. Unfortunately you ignored the template and a lot of information to help you is missing. Determining the speed is very inaccurate.

is the same as 24-32 Mbps down and 16-24Mbps upload.
(1 Megabyte/sec is equal to 8 × Megabit/sec)
Additional please calculate approx. 15% of transferred data as overhead (protocol, verifying transferred data…) as well as data transfer of (other) computers in your netzwork.

There are just many different configurations and settings you can use and optimize.
