you may start with an older image, usually rpi4 images should work for rpi3.
You may take a look at a conversation I had some days ago and check the links given there.

So you may check to start with rpi images older than the switch to armbian based images for rpi, resulting in many updates especially dist-upgrade to bookworm.

i haven’t find the image disk fot the 3b+. so, i have follow a tutorial to install nextcloud on my pi 3b+ after installing the “os” and rebooting, when i try to access with crome or edge, with the ip, the first time i have the notification for the unsecur page, so i when i say i will enter nothing appen and when i refresh the page it’ turn but the page don’t open

i have test it vith the V1.53.2 but, i have the sames problems than the start

To write the images did you use rpi-imager without any presets?
no i’ve use balenaetcher
and i’ve try the 1.54.3 and same problem than 1.55.3

when i’ve try with the 1.53.2 i have the cetificate werning when i try to go further nothing happen, and if i close (or try to refresh) the page and retry the loading indicator turn but the page never appers
and when i try vith the 1.54.3 or 1.55.3 i have : ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED and can’t do somthing else click on refresh

i have 2 ad blocker on chrome bu nothing en edge, generaly i don’t use edge.
i have check java script is enable on edge
Let’s take the chrome browser, try disable the blocker, I’m mostly running firefox.

but when i use the first password the server reject me and when i use the second, i was accepted, but i don’t find how to configure it
i have forced by writing " :4443 " after the ip and i have open the wizard to add my ssd
i try to arrived to finish to set it
First set up ssh, so you have another login opportunity to your rpi3 device, I prefer this, ncp-config gives you the same commands as webgui:4443 but more error/log messagess and so on.

i have set it in my internet box, i have open the ports 80 et 443,
i have set the dyn dns in the nextcloud pi,
and when i use my external IP to open the access on my android phone (in the nextcloud app)
it dont work, i stop for today, and with somes chance wil could finish to make it work tomorrow or monday
