How to get notified when files are uploaded?

Nextcloud version: 29.0.0.RC3 Operating system and version: Ubuntu 18.04 Apache or nginx version : 2.4.29 PHP version: 8.1.18 I have created a shared folder that other people can upload files to, nothing else, no viewing, no downloading, just uploading.
