How to get notified when files are uploaded?

Nextcloud version: 29.0.0.RC3
Operating system and version: Ubuntu 18.04
Apache or nginx version : 2.4.29
PHP version: 8.1.18

I have created a shared folder that other people can upload files to, nothing else, no viewing, no downloading, just uploading. How can I, as the admin, receive a notification, when someone uploaded some files to this folder?

The main idea is I want to have a place where a friend can upload any photos/videos he took, so I can sort them and move them into corresponding folders afterwards.
