The issue you are facing:
I did not see the Tab Digital verification email in time, as it went to into spam.
I had paid and activated Upgrade One only to find out hours later my account is disabled.
Their support is unresponsive, I’ve been after them for the past three days.

Steps to replicate it:
- Activated new Nextcloud account as directed on the nextcloud.com site
- Missed seeing verification email in my spam folder
- Account disabled.
