Nextcloud version (eg, 20.0.5): replace me

The issue you are facing:
I did not see the Tab Digital verification email in time, as it went to into spam.
I had paid and activated Upgrade One only to find out hours later my account is disabled.
Their support is unresponsive, I’ve been after them for the past three days.

Steps to replicate it:

  1. Activated new Nextcloud account as directed on the site
  2. Missed seeing verification email in my spam folder
  3. Account disabled.

The output of your Nextcloud log in Admin > Logging: User disabled.

Host has been very unresponsive. This is a very poor, disheartening experience.
They are not even responsive to my demand for a refund, I paid for a year.

I was hoping to finally leave Dropbox for this, and to propose something similar to my clients. This does not inspire confidence.
