Preview Issue in Nextcloud

Hello,

I am experiencing an issue with file previews in Nextcloud. When I try to preview PDF or video files, instead of displaying the preview, the file gets downloaded every time.

In the configuration file /usr/share/nginx/nextcloud/config/config.php, the 'enable_previews' option is set to true. However, the previews still do not work.

Has anyone encountered this issue or has suggestions on how to resolve it?

Ubuntu 22.04.3 LTS
nginx version: nginx/1.18.0 (Ubuntu)
PHP 8.1.2-1ubuntu2.18 (cli) (built: Jun 14 2024 15:52:55) (NTS)

Is this the first time you’ve seen this error? = Yes
When did this problem seem to first start? = Several months ago
Installation method = Classic installation, not Docker
Are you using Cloudflare, mod_security, or similar? = No
