Personal Calendar seems to be owned by another user

I am the system administrator for our NextCloud setup.
I have created a personal calendar and a shared calendar.

Not sure when, but the calendar that only I have access to, now seems to be able to be accessed only by another user, and NOT BY ME.

The shared calendar works for everyone else, but NOT the person who now seems to be able to access the personal calendar.

Any clues how to solve this one ?
