i have next cloud on ubuntu 18(lxd) it’s working fine.
I try to move owner from one user to other with this command
sudo -u www-data php /var/www/nextcloud/occ files:transfer-ownership user_name1 username2
i have an error:
The target user is not ready to accept files. The user has at least to be logged in once.
Both users has login to next cloud many times.
I found following error on /var/log/auth.log
Feb 2 14:17:08 cloud sudo: root : TTY=unknown ; PWD=/root ; USER=www-data ; COMMAND=/usr/bin/php /var/www/nextcloud/occ files:transfer-ownership user_name1 user_name2
Feb 2 14:17:08 cloud sudo: pam_unix(sudo:session): session opened for user www-data by (uid=0)
Feb 2 14:17:10 cloud sudo: pam_unix(sudo:session): session closed for user www-data
so… if you think you’d need more attention to your orginial posting just feel free to add this bit of additional info just THERE and do not open a new thread. if everyone would act like this it would completely blow this forum up and it would drown in chaos.
