I get an error in my administration settings page on nextcloud 29.0.7 that says Accessing site insecurely via HTTP. You are strongly advised to set up your server to require HTTPS instead. Without it some important web functionality like “copy to clipboard” or “service workers” will not work. I have set overwrite protocol to https but when I do my nextcloud stops working. I am unable to see the log on page. I am using TrueNAS core. Thank you
I would assume that DETAILED information about how you’ve set-up your server, what kind of certificate you have installed, how you are accessing the server etc., etc. would help to better understand the issue. Only switching a parameter to https doesn’t sove an issue if the rest of the configuration hasn’t been adjusted too.
I used the script to install nextcloud on my truenas core server. At this time, I have no certificate installed not for the lack of trying though. I access the jail shell to do my configurations. I did notice at the time of the installation that Sudo, Nginx, occ have not been installed during setup. Let me know if you need any other information and thank you for your time.
