No login possible, OCP\AppFramework"


I can no longer log in despite entering the correct password. Error message attached.

Please check your server logs as described in the support template. This is a server-side matter. Sounds like maybe a broken update or something like that. There will be clues on your logs.

The problem is that I can’t log in via the mobile app, the desktop client, or even through the browser. The issue isn’t just affecting me, but also other users who are accessing the same server. In the browser, no files are displayed, and on mobile, no connection can be established.

Should I provide the log files, would that help? However, it doesn’t seem to be a local issue, since multiple users don’t have access.

As a minimum the GroupFolders app is broken in your environment. Without further context it’s challenging to be helpful.
