Since crystal balls are currently out of stock, please fill out the support template and let us know exactly what you’ve already tried, otherwise, we won’t be able to help you effectively.
If I had to guess, I’d say this is caused by a missing or incorrect PHP module, or possibly a version mismatch between different PHP packages.
