Since November 25, 2024, I have not been able to access the site nextcloud.com
I contacted technical support of my provider, they assured me that everything is fine on their side.
It all started when notifications stopped appearing in the Talk app on the phone.
I found instructions on GitHub, ran the command and saw that there was no access.
Command: sudo -u www-data php /var/www/nextcloud/occ notification:test-push --talk
Response: Could not send notification to push server [GuzzleHttp\Exception\ConnectException]: cURL error 28: Failed to connect to push-notifications.nextcloud.com port 443 after 15202 ms: Connection timed out (see https://curl.haxx.se/libcurl/c/libcurl-errors.html) for https://push-notifications.nextcloud.com/notifications
My provider: Rostelecom.
Could it be that my IP is blacklisted on the nextcloud.com domain?
We have no geo-blocking or the like on place, see No access to the site nextcloud.com.
The output clearly indicates that you’re not able to connect to the push proxy, there’s nothing we can do from our side.
The forum, apps.nextcloud.com is working?
You can use traceroute
to check if packages go through until Nextcloud servers or where they are stopped.
The problem disappeared. After another call to the provider, everything started working by itself.
