NextcloudPi problem with deleted items folder

NextCloudPi version v1.33.0
NextCloudPi image NextCloudPi_09-05-20
distribution Raspbian GNU/Linux 10 \n \l

I have recently reinstalled my NextcloudPi installation. I have noticed that one user (me) cannot access the deleted items folder, receiving a message: The directory is unavailable, please check the logs or contact the administrator.
One of the other accounts can access the deleted files account OK.

I am very much a newbie to this. Some googling took me to:

My problem is I don’t know how to access the log files let alone edit them.
I got SSH running but don’t know where to look for the files. Some of the directories I tried to look in gave me a permission denied response.

This is the first time I have seen this error

I would paste in the log info but…

Thanks for your help,

Robin

Do you run on the ARMHF architecture (32bit)? There is a problem with the deleted items folder on the 32bit architecture.
I suggest useng the arm64 which is released now. That might solve your problem.
Just use the " NextCloudPi_RPi_11-27-20" image.

The architecture of your current system you find with “dpkg --print-architecture”
