Nextcloud updater does not see the new update (13021 > 1303)

Nextcloud version (eg, 12.0.2): 13.0.2.1
Operating system and version (eg, Ubuntu 17.04): Mint 18.3 Based on ubuntu 16.04
Apache or nginx version (eg, Apache 2.4.25): 2.4.18-2ubuntu3.8
PHP version (eg, 7.1): 7.0.30-0ubuntu0.16.04.1

The issue you are facing: A new update has arrived, however, updater does not see it. (notifications did)
I see the bell on the right upper corner, when I click it then the updater says “your version is up to date”

Is this the first time you’ve seen this error? (Y/N): yes

Steps to replicate it:

  1. I cant reproduce it. I am stuck.

Same here: debian stable current + 13.0.2. I see the bell but in settings, no update is shown so I cannot start it. See Update Alert (13.0.2) but not update available .

NOTE: According to Nextcloud 13.0.3 and 12.0.8 available the update was postponed.

Thanks @nursoda, I run into same issue, I thought, I have done something wrong as I was too busy to run update at the time it become available but later, when I was ready, there update wouldn’t work. I was just about to download and re-install instance when I found this thread. Cheers.:+1:
