Nextcloud Talk app for Windows 11 - Can't load attached media in chat

Any attached media cannot be previewed (as thumbnails) or opened within the Talk application. I need to open the file in the web browser or the Files application.

Is this a bug or have I misconfigured a setting? Please advise.

You started a topic in support category. Unfortunately you ignored the template and a lot of information to help you is missing. Please edit your original post and add all required details like Nextcloud version, webserver type and version, os version, related log file content. Use the support template.

Without additional information the community members cannot help you.

Made the edits, please let me know if that helps. I am unable to find the config.php file and info on Apache and PHP version.

It looks like the dev console(network tab) shows 404 resource not found whenever I click on the media to load it.

thanks for finding this out. Having an issue on Github means that there’s nothing we can do here on the forum. Which means that this is the “solution” for your thread here, I’m afraid.
