Getting help

In order to help you as efficiently (and quickly!) as possible, please fill in as much of the below requested information as you can.

Before clicking submit: Please check if your query is already addressed via the following resources:

(Utilizing these existing resources is typically faster. It also helps reduce the load on our generous volunteers while elevating the signal to noise ratio of the forums otherwise arising from the same queries being posted repeatedly)

I’m running the latest Nextcloud 33.0.6 on Linux via Docker, using the built-in CODE server. All access is via the web interface and all users are using the latest Firefox on macOS.

Everything works just fine but some users have complained about the following:

  • The default font should be set to Source Sans Pro instead of Calibri. No clue where to set this value and haven’t found any documentation on it.
  • In Calc, when selecting a bunch of cells and using the top ribbon to add borders it does not work (read: nothing happens). However, if you use the side formatting panel and do it from there it works fine.
  • You cannot select non-adjacent cells via the web interface on macOS using CMD+Click. I have researched this and found this issue to have been around for many years. Does anyone have a solution? It’s a pretty big workflow issue.

Thanks!
