No, still working on it, sorry for the issues.
Thank you for your support!
I bumped the server from 23 to 27. Itās a self-hosted instance and sometimes itās difficultd to keep up to date. But I have to say the upgrade procedure has become better and seamless with the years! Iām pleasantly surprised
one workaround could be to simply fo to: http://YourServer.com/index.php/settings/help/admin
I donāt know if everything is represented here but for most of the stuff i needed it did the trickā¦
This page has a search function so even tho the liks you find everywhere you can at least search for topicsā¦
EDIT: take a good look at the URL i posted here: it is ment to be changed and filled with your own server
The documentation is available at GitHub: GitHub - nextcloud/documentation at stable27
Again, I am sorry that itās taking so long. Weāre trying our best to have everything back online as soon as possible.
Also the case with my instance. Backend/admin interface not loading at all(timeout eventually).
(after disabling updatenotification app, itās working again)
Maybe this has something to do with the fact that in my case Nextcloud is running behind a HAproxy/reverse proxy. Still strange though.
Please see the fix mentioned above.
Good news, the new server/infrastructure is now online. We only need to wait until DNS is correctly propagated. In the meantime (if you quickly need access), you can set up these IPs locally:
5.9.202.145 download.nextcloud.com
5.9.202.145 docs.nextcloud.com
Any estimate can only be wrong. But since the initial deployment is now done, I hope the further services will be quicker to restore.
Hello. I have the impression that IPV6 is still not responding though
Name: updates.nextcloud.com
Address: 5.9.202.145
Name: updates.nextcloud.com
Address: 2a01:4f8:210:21c8::145
Should be back now as well.
Iāll take IPv6 connectivity to the team to check.
IPv6 is not fully recovered yet, we are working on that
Status update on the US East Coast, looks like everything has propagated and successfully upgraded using the web interface.
Thanks to all involved in fixing the issue!
unfortunately it doesnāt seem to work yetā¦
curl -6 https://download.nextcloud.com

Looks like we missed that one, can you please check again now?
All three subdomains are working nowā¦

Perfect! Thanks for everything
Is the problem that is discussed in this thread the same one that is preventing me from accessing the NCP documentation server?
If so, is there an ip address that I can use to view the NextCloudPi documentation?
I posted about that here:
