Hi folks,
Does anybody has an idea, why I can copy a PDF file via Send to BBB to a stopped video conf call (so that this video call starts with the PDF file as presentation), but NOT to an already running video conf call (so that I can choose the PDF file from the uploads?

Summary of the issue you are facing:
Ich can copy pdf files from the “Files” app to the “BigBlueButton (BBB)” app to present the file in a video call.
To do so, I click in the Browser (e.g. Firefox) in the “Files” App the 3 dots next to the respective PDF file.
In the context menu I click the “Send to BBB” function.
In the next context menu I click the respective video call, which I want to start with a copy of the PDF file to present it to other users.
This process works as expected without any issues.
Anyhow, If I use an already running video call to copy the respective PDF file to present it, it fails with the following error message.
The file "simon-sinek-start-with-why.pdf" could not be uploaded to your room. Maybe your BigBlueButton server does not support this action.
