Nextcloud-3.2.0-x64.msi fails

Nextcloud version 3.2.0 x64
Operating system and version windows 10
Apache or nginx version: `desktop’

Using the windows desktop installer 3.2 result in a missing dll error and fails. Solution without any error:use previous windows desktop installer 3.1.3
