NC Client 3.12.0 not recognizing file renaming in Windows

Newer versions seem to have a similar problem again, discussion continues here:

File rename changes not synced

I believe the linked error resurfaced, I’m on 3.13.0 A file copied into a synced folder is initially synced (green arrow). After renaming it the arrow changes to the “sync pending” and the Client log keeps saying “ changed” but with the time “now”. The rename is never synced to the server (or at least not applied) - pausing sync/restarting client nothign changed that.
