Just upgraded to 18.0.5, but can’t seem to find a changelog.
Have you seen Point of no Return (1993)…? To paraphrase
“Nextcloud never did mind about the little things…” 
The changelog for 18.0.5 is online now:
But we are still missing the whole changelog for 19.0.0.
I’m new to nextcloud. Is it normal to release the changelogs after the release of the new version itself?

They’re supposed to be before the release but it does end up being later quite often for one reason or another. The changelog is actually generated with this script so you could generate it yourself if you’d like: https://github.com/nextcloud/github_helper#changelog-generator
