My account got deactivated without any warning and I don’t know why. What do I do?

I send a message to my provider asking for help as well but I haven’t heard back yet.

Account deactivated?

Some folks forget to confirm their account within 8 hours after signing up. If you’ve forgotten to confirm your account in time, send an email using the contact form with the same email address as you signed up with, so that The Good Cloud support folks can resend that confirmation message. Be sure to use the email address you used to sign up with and that you have access to that email as it’s the only way to ensure that it’s your account.

Hi,

Send an email through the contact form with the same email as you signed up, so we can take a look.

Be sure to use the actual email you used and that you have access to that email as it’s our only way to check it’s your account.

P.s. a lot of users forget to confirm their account within 8 hours after sign-up. If that happens, we can resend the conformation email.
