Account deactivated?
Some folks forget to confirm their account within 8 hours after signing up. If youāve forgotten to confirm your account in time, send an email using the contact form with the same email address as you signed up with, so that The Good Cloud support folks can resend that confirmation message. Be sure to use the email address you used to sign up with and that you have access to that email as itās the only way to ensure that itās your account.
