Migration from Owncloud 9.1.1. Possible? To which one?

Hi,

Iā€™m running Owncloud 9.1.1 and decided to switch to Nextcloud.
Iā€™ve found this topic Migration from Owncloud 9.1.1 to Nextcloud 10.0.0.1 - installation fails
where author has some issues on migration. As NC11 is available Iā€™m wondering which one to I should be migrating.

  1. Which way is better to go and is it possible to go to 11 in one shot?
  2. Should I expect issues? :))

Thanks in advance for any effort on reading this.

Hi @px2, skipping major version release is not possible ā€œsupported/recommendedā€, but it is totally safe to migrate from Owncloud 9.1.1 to Nextcloud 10.0 and then from 10.0 smoothly. I upgraded from Owncloud 8.2.3 to nextcloud 10
