Log files not loading in logmaster directory and storage size shows as "pending", sometimes de service crashes

Hi everyone,

We’re experiencing some issues with log files in our Nextcloud instance. We used to have all our logs stored in a directory called logmaster, and everything worked fine — the files loaded correctly and their space usage was accurately calculated.

However, we’ve recently noticed the following:

  1. The log files in the logmaster directory are no longer loading as they used to, or they simply don’t appear.
  2. Many of these files are showing a status of “pending” and do not reflect the actual storage size they used to have.
  3. Global size that used to appear in nextcloud GUI is nowhere near what it is now, there seems to be a bug.
  4. The service sometimes crashes

We haven’t made any relevant changes to the system configuration or directory permissions. Has anyone else encountered something similar or knows what might be causing this? Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated.

We think that our Database (MariaDB) is overloaded. Are we right?

Thanks in advance!
