LDAP configuration not working

Hi,

I have installed nextclould latest version and i am trying to intigrate ldap on it but i geting following errors.

i tried Base DN - OU=User Group,DC=mLogica,DC=com and DC=mLogica,DC=com but no luck.

Please help me in that issue.

It would helpful if you filled out the support template.

For LDAP specifically:

Check the logging as described in LDAP: Troubleshooting
Please review your User DN. It does not look valid to me. See LDAP: Configuration

Whitespaces can be an issue. Try the “detect baseDN”.

And is it AD or another LDAP?

Try to use an LDAP browser first, like Apache Directory Studio. When you have successfully connected with that, then use those excact connection settings.
