Issue Reading Files from Object Store (B2) in Nextcloud

Dear Nextcloud Support Team,

I am facing an issue with reading some files stored in my Nextcloud instance.

  • Setup Details:
    • I am using Backblaze B2 (B2 Bucket) as the primary storage (S3 object store) in Nextcloud.
    • Files are uploaded successfully, but when I try to access or open certain files (e.g., large media files like .mp4), I get the following error:
      ServiceUnavailable: Could not open file: WIN_20250721_21_07_31_Pro.mp4, file does seem to exist
      Exception: Failed to read object urn:oid:3670
      I would highly appreciate your guidance in resolving this issue as I have important files that need to be accessible.
