Is there any other place to get help with issues than this forum and the github issue tracker?

For a problem with the Windows desktop client I created an issue at github in November 25 and did not get help that solved the issue.

In January I posted in this forum the same issue and still need help.

Additionally in github I pinged devs of the desktop client with no reaction.

Is there another place where I can get help with this issue?

Yes. You can purchase a support arrangement from the core developers: Nextcloud Enterprise: Content collaboration software for enterprises

Or you can hire someone (an independent developer) to look into the matter for you.

Informally speaking as a community member: Outside of paying someone to help you… Generally widespread issues are the ones most likely to get prioritized (for obvious reasons). Followed by issues that can be reproduced.

It’s unclear from your report whether what you’re experiencing is an obscure/edge case or not. I don’t have a Windows 11 instance handy to try to reproduce the same behavior on.

@jtr Thank you for your answer.

I was looking for a paid solution before. Nextcloud Enterprise as well as Owncloud unfortunately is beyond the financial means of a very small not-profit association.

I hoped someone might know another community with skilled members who might have an idea where to continue searching and testing.

Meanwhile there is more help in the other thread. I hope the best. :crossed_fingers:
