Iphone app will not connect to my server

I can access and login from any other browser on my iphone, safari, firefox etc…. It works fine when using a browser from this phone. I can connect and login to nexcloud when using only celluar data and internet browsers, safari and firefox but not on the app. So this means i can connect from this phone from any outside network via browser but not the app

The app will not connect but i can login and connect to nextcloud account from any other pc or laptop on outside networks.

I have purged the app from my apple account deleted and re- installed. Made sure it was fully deleted and all previous data remove from apple icloud etc… this has no effect.

I have searched very thoroughly on google and the forums here for a solution and none exist.

If you can help that would be great as i am at the end of my patience for nextcloud and its finicky-ness

Ubuntu server 22.04

Nextcloud mobile app version 4.5.3.0

Perhaps you could provide the logs and configurations mentioned in the support post template.

perhaps you can tell me how to do this…

when i click on the logging button in next cloud the log screen shows up for a very brief second then disappears almost immediately and the screen goes blank

does anyone have any ideas on this, ive been trying to fix it/find a fix for 3 days now.
