Hello, i’ve been stuck on this error for the past week and cant find a way to solve it or understand the issue. Couldn’t find much online that actually worked so i was hoping somebody could shed some light on the problem
As i was upgrading from nextcloud 19.0.4 to nextcloud 20.0.1 i faced a few issues were the update got stuck on step5, however i managed to work my way around it by increasing the php memory limit to 512 as recommended by nextcloud and i ran the updater from the command line, everything worked fine untill i decided to long in to nextcloud and i got this message:
Internal Server Error
The server was unable to complete your request.
If this happens again, please send the technical details below to the server administrator.

i’ve attached my nextcloud.log below and i have a feeling that my issue is php related because when I try to go to localhost/infophp.php it gives back:
Not Found
The requested URL was not found on this server.
Apache/2.4.38 (Raspbian) Server at 192.168.0.150 Port 443
Would really be great if someone could point me in the right direction.
PS: All my clients from OS & android & laptop devices are fully functional and working properly, webserver is down only

Steps to replicate it:
- upgrading from 19.0.4 to 20.0.1 with php memory limit @ default value
- changing php memory limit default value to 512M
- running installer from command line with success
- running nextcloud server on web with internal server error

So please send your apache-log or tell us if your can reach your webservers IP. And what happend with nextcloud at port 80 ?
