Internal error server despues de actualizar docker mariadb (nextcloud db)

Buenas a raíz de acutalizar el docker de mariadb a la vverisón 10.6.21 se ha roto la configuración y de internal server error, veo que el docker de nextcloud db esta levantado y parece que bien. Pongo configuración

Una pregunta tengo configurado reverse proxy ocn nginx pero no veo ninguna configuración en el config php puede ser que necesite configuración adicional?
