Improve Help website (help.nextcloud.com)

This website (help.nextcloud.com) is often stuck at loading and take very long time to show contents.
So, can developer improve this issue?
When searching for help with Nextcloud products, I’m very tired with this issue, So I always prefer answers from other sites (stackoverflow) instead of looking for genuine answers from Nextcloud community.
