You probably have Nextcloud 31.0.1 installed and the desktop client 3.16.1 on Windows 11 and want to synchronize a folder with many large files.

Then the client synchronizes indefinitely and you get an error message.

Then you have no choice but to restart the desktop client and synchronize the large files one by one. In other words, delete the large files from the synchronization folder and add them again one by one.

At least that was the case for me.

Thanks for all the replys :- ). I just went to edit the question with the support template. Then I went into the system and just saw that I have overloaded the maximum space. I fix this, to upgrade to more space. When the problem is fixed I reply and when not I reply too, to this topic:

I have upgrade the space.

The Issue is there too, it doesnt dissapeard. I have added in the question details from the support template.

Thanks for the reply :- ). I have this version from nextcloud installed: “31.0.0”. How do I see which version my desktop client has?

Thanks for the reply :- ). I have added some details and ask for more the support. Is there anything important I should add too?

Meanwhile there is 31.0.1

Hi Sanook, thanks for the reply :- ). Nextcloud has just updated his Desktop-Client Version to 3.16.2. Now the problem is fixed :- ). When it is again here, I will reply on this post. Nice regards Sebastian
