Summary of the issue you are facing:
I have a few issues, most likely user error:
1. Inside Photos, under People (Recognize app), I can see that there are people recognized (each with their own number of pictures), however, when clicking them I can’t see the pictures. This was already mentioned in an older post, so we’ll see how this goes…

At the AIO setup I installed Face Recognition app. This found my people, which I named, however, I don’t see where the naming of people makes any difference outside of the Administration Settings.

I would like some assistance with using my GPU in all tasks machine learning (T600, I can get it to work inside a docker container, but not with the nextcloud-aio-* ones (should I recreate the docker-aio-mastercontainer with a pecific flag or something?).

Image generation - I installed Nextcloud Local Image Generation: Stable Diffusion at the aio setup and added Nextcloud Assistant as described here, but I get the following:
in the administration settings. -
I installed Draw.io app (probably the culprit here) and I get the following:
